Shipping policy

Order Processing:

We process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that during periods of high volume, such as holidays and sales, packing times may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding as we priorities careful packaging to ensure your order arrives safely.

 

Shipping Regions:

We currently only ship to addresses within Australia and New Zealand. Orders placed with shipping addresses outside these regions will not be processed.

 

Shipping Costs:

Australia:
Free shipping on orders over $99. A flat rate of $15 applies to orders below.
New Zealand:
Standard shipping fees apply and will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.
