Change of Mind
We offer a 14-day return period, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Please note that Hardware Living is not responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn or unused
- In the same condition as received, with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Not broken, damaged, or tampered with
- Includes the manual and all original accessories
If your order included a free gift, it must be returned along with the item. If the free gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.
If an item does not meet the conditions above and does not pass our quality check, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to you.
For in-store purchases, a receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.
Free Shipping Adjustment for Returns
Orders that qualify for our Free Shipping over $99 promotion must maintain a final order value of $99 or more after any returns.
If you return an item and the remaining order total falls below $99, the order will no longer qualify for free shipping. In such cases, a flat $15 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping cost.

Please note, Hardware Living is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit. To ensure the safe return of your item, we strongly recommend using a courier service with tracking to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Please choose carefully when purchasing, as the following items are excluded from our refunds and exchange policy:
- Custom products, special orders, or personalised items
- Personal care goods
- Custom engraving or charges related to custom engraving
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
