Membership:

• Free membership, but you must establish an account at hardware living rewards program to earn the reward points

Earning points:

• Only members can earn points on the purchase products at hardware living 
• Earning rate, members in the member tier will earn 10 points for every AUD$1 spent 
• Customers will not earn points for all products taxes, shipping fees or purchases made with gift vouchers
  
• For other activities outlined on the site may show up from time to time and subject to change
• Rewards points will not be earned on any discounts or other credits offered products. For example if product sell AUD$10 is on sale for AUD$5, member will only earn points on purchase price of AUD$5

Redeeming points:

• All rewards points only be used online at hardwareliving.com.au website
• Member can use their points to reduce the purchase price of all products or receive a products for free based on the following scale: 50 Points = AUD$1
• Only one discount code can be redeemed per transaction 
• Customer rewards points can only redeem for store credit
• All rewards points have no cash value outside of the hardwareliving.com.au website. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash

• Points Redemption: Points redemption will be adjusted based on the local(AUSTRALIAN) currency exchange rates. For example, 50 points equal 1 AUD, but the equivalent discount may vary based on your currency and exchange rates.
• Discount Eligibility: All discounts and promotions are applied to the final checkout amount and will be adjusted according to your payment currency and the prevailing exchange rate.

You are eligible to receive rewards points one-off for the following action:

• For liking hardware living facebook 
• Following hardware living on instagram 

Returns & Order Cancellation:

• Rewards points earned for purchase is subject of a return, cancellation, declined credit card or gift card will be deducted from your reward account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction
• Rewards points cannot be reapplied back to your reward account for any reason on a returned order
• Rewards points used on an order that is cancelled (before the item ship) may request those rewards be applied back to your rewards account 
• All purchase products has begun the shipping process, rewards can not be reapplied

By creating a rewards program account at hardwareliving.com.au, you agree to be bound by the rewards program policy. Any changes can be made without advance notice. 

Hardware Living may revoke any member's membership in hardware living rewards program at any times if such member engages in abuse or fails to follow the policy of the hardware living rewards program.
